This is a good concept, HCL is talking about "Employee First Customer Second" is a philopspohy at HCL tech. This is a good concept, HCL is talking about. Having employee on top and the customer second, I feel is like giving the total responsibility of the customer in the hands of employees by tapping the employees. As someone said, employees are impetus to organization.
